Bad management and Customer service

Absolutely poor form of management in the branch of Estcourt Pharmacy situated at 3 hillside Centre. The management are very rude to the front staff and have Absolutely no management skills in this aspect. I am very disappointed in them as I have to wait with no form of remorse to the customers as i am a customer from out of the area. I hope this reaches to the proper management or head office as it an utter disgrace
