Bad customer service Arrie Nel Pharmacy

Today I was at the pharmacy, Arrie Nel in Phalaborwa to collect prescribed medication with my script and the pharmacist refused to help me as it was an emailed prescription (my Doctor is in another town) . She then called the doctor herself regarding the prescription and he said he will email it to her directly and she still refused to help me without the original. So consulting Doctors/specialists in another town and getting a prescription from them sent electronically is a problem, you must consult/travel every month yourself. I am so disappointed in the service as they were always my pharmacy of choice.
