Bad client service

Had the worst experience at Arrie Nel Pharmacy. As a customer that was sick I went to the pharmacy to collect my prescribed medication after my visit to the docter. I was assisted by Karen who is a student pharmacist there. I have never met anyone at any pharmacy who has been as impatient as her. As someone who is sick you expect a pharmicists to be friendly and patient. And her being a student makes it even worse. You would expect that she wants to make a good impression in the role that shes in so that in future she can be employed permanently. I will not recommend her working with people at all as her people s****s needs serious work.
