Arrie Nel Prices ridiculous

I purchased Large Molicare incontinence nappies for my Aunt for R298,00. Normally I pay R199.00 at Dischem and R199.00 at Clicks. where is the justification for such a huge price difference I only went there as it was trying to support local businesses! they have about 60 stores so they cannot claim they don't have the buying power
