The worst pharmacy I ever went to!! Very arrogant manager” Erhard “and till staff. The tiil lady gave me the wrong otc schedule 1 medication. When the medication was returned ( in the original package without opening it and the till slip they told my husband that they cannot exchange it for the correct medication. What a cheek!! I was NOT the person that issued the medication. I discussed it telephonic with the so called manager Erhard but he was VERY arrogant about the exchange. I went there and I was told he only will be there at 12 pm. So much of customer care. It is soo unprofessional and unacceptable!! Why use a till lady named Ellen’s Moolman to dispense medication if she is not a qualified pharmacist?? Apart from this when I returned the cleaning lady was mopping and the floor was at. I almost fell, but there was NO sign board about “ WET FLOOR”. Despite all of this unprofessional attitude of the people I mentioned nobody even apologised about the inside y which was NOT my mistake. Not even worth half a star! Disgusting to say the least !!
