Arrie Nel Pharmacy - Die Wilgers

This morning's experience at Arrie Nel Pharmacy in The Wilgers was truly shocking and unpleasant. My usual routine involves calling ahead and emailing the prescription to collect Insulin for my son. However, today, the lady at the counter claimed they didn't have the complete order, despite confirming it by phone less than an hour ago. That was frustrating, but what was truly unacceptable was her refusal to provide the insulin because the script was emailed, she compared it to bribing a traffic officer, which was completely ludicrous! I am well aware of my rights under our constitution, and her behavior, possibly due to a bad day, was entirely unwelcome. She continued to accuse me of lying in front of other clients, falsely claiming I hadn't collected insulin there for years, even though I've been doing so for the past 8 years. When I asked for her name, she identified herself as Theresa Nel, the owner. Theresa seemed oblivious to the importance of empathy and professionalism in her role, regardless of her ownership status. Her entitled and rude conduct was unlike anything I've encountered in her profession before.
