Arrie Nel owes me money

I was overcharged on my medication. I politely requested a refund of the difference to my account and the Brackenhurst branch advised it will be done asap and apologized for the inconvenience. 2 Weeks later and still no refund and no response besides they will chat to "head office". I am a pensioner and need the money. I will not tolerate being ignored.
