I have asked them via e-mail and telephone on numerous times for my account statement for my mothers account in order to settle it, but they never sent any bill or statement. Now they refuse to deliver my mother's medication because the account is in arears. The never phoned me or sent statements. Now I have to pay a huge amount because the don't do their job.
