Arrie Nel Bad service and overpriced

The Arrie Nel Pharmacy at Preller Square in Bloemfontein has the most unfriendly Pharmacists with the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. The only pharmacist that is still trying is Anton. I have been a customer of this pharmacy when was still Preller Pharmacy for more than 20 years and I had no complaints in all those years. Under Arrie Nel however this pharmacy is not worth visiting any longer. Patients wait forever to be served while the pharmacists are either on the phone or somewhere in the back. I was there on Saturday picking up a prescription as I always have for many years, just to be told that the prescription they have on file is a copy and is not allowed. My Dr always e-mails the prescription and the pharmacy kept on giving the prescription for months. Now if this was explained to me in a respectful manner by the Pharmacist after waiting 40 minutes to be served, I would still understand, but I was treated like a ******** attempting to pick up medicine *******ly or ********ly. One of the pharmacists took the folder that contains all the copies of the patients prescriptions and left to a back office. When one of the pharmacists came past after another 25 minutes, I asked if I should wait or come back, and was rudely informed that I must wait and I must wait in line and stop complaining. After being treated like some sort of drug dependent addict I left. On Monday morning I went to my Dr to pick up the original prescription, and went to another pharmacy only to find out that Arrie Nel charges nearly R 250 more than the other pharmacy for the same product, almost 60% more!! Arrie Nel will not see me again, not the Arrie Nel at Preller Square nor any other branch.
