Due to problems with Medical Aid payment for medication a double payment ended up being made (myself, then medical aid when the system came back online). Challenged with the medical aid with no result, and finally called Arie Nel Serene Pharmacy about a year later.

They looked on the system, saw the payment, and immediately offered to refund me personally. They delivered the refund to my house about 20km away within an hour or so. Wow, now that was service.
