Annoyed

I have been double billed by arrie nel rustemburg after I was told that my medical aid did not cover my medication. I went to them 3 days later after I got a confirmation from the medical aid and they said it will be canceled which was not true. Got my medical statement and forwarded it to them and they still not responding.
