Worst service ever

Worst service ever!! Booked my car in for service this morning.. dropped it off normal.. For the first time I didn't get regular updates on the work done. Then cause I was now worried as I wanted to go fetch the baby from school. I called in to find out the what the status was.. only then I was told they tried to call me. Strange thing is I never received voice note nor a msg from them. I was told to find my transport where else I specified upon dropping the car that I don't have an alternative transport. I felt I was left with more stress than solutions, had I not called in to find out the status.. I would still be sitting like a dumbass waiting for communication.. the stress I had to endure because I don't get anything done as I use the car to get around.
