the service centre that doesnt offer service

good day , I am not happy about the service department and how they have failed to assist me .I came in to get my car checked for brake pads and I left my car the for the day and when I went to pick it up they told me they were waiting for the maintenance plan to authorize them to change my breaks . I have been waiting till today to hear from you guys .to make it even worse , I called in again to find out what was going on and what was the hold up because my break pads are wore out and its not safe for me to drive , I was told to bring the car back to the dealership so they could check what was the problem because the person (senior manager for service in Hyde park Jaco had left the company and id have to go through the same process again of bringing my car in for the whole day ,and use more money to get around with ubers because loan cars are a thing of the past . I've purchased two vehicles from this store and I have to say for a loyal client im treated like a by-passer .I'm not one to go to help peter but I think I will have to let other possible buyers know what kind of service they can expect when dealing with Arnold chatz Hyde park .really disappointed
