Request for Clarification Regarding Vehicle Mileage

Transaction number: ZASCJD*** Kindly assist me with this matter regarding the Citroën I purchased on 15 January 2025 from Mr Humphrey Lucas in Midrand (Arnold Chatz) The Citroën app indicates that the vehicle has travelled 48,456 km, while the odometer on the vehicle shows 30,224 km. This discrepancy raises serious concerns, as my purchase contract states that the vehicle had 0 km at the time of purchase. Based on these concerns, I would like clarity on whether I was sold a vehicle that had already accumulated more than 15,000 km prior to purchase and whether the vehicle was, in fact, new as represented at the time of sale. I took the car for 15000km service to Westvaal Menlyn, but I did not take notice then when they complained about my car being far overdue for the first 15000km and they never even bother to write on the maintenance booklet. Please provide a full explanation and clarification regarding this matter.
