Poor Follow up

This was originally going to be a five-star review, however, one sales consultant has made it a zero-star (Hello Peter does not allow for this). I originally purchased my car from Arnold Chatz Cars and this process was terrific however that experience has been overridden by the incompetence I have been dealing with to sort out two tiny issues that were noted back on the 31 Jan when I collected my car. I have followed up via calls, email and even in person and these things have still not been sorted out. Three months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait and still receive no feedback.
