Pathetic Service Workshop

The service department sucks!!!1stly last year they gave me back my car with the service light still on, to me this suggests that no work was done to the car. When I went back to complain they simply put off the light insisted that service was done. This year they claimed that I left the car with the engine light on which they wanted me to pay for diagnosis. When I queried this, they simply put off the light when I collected the car. Two days latter after I called Jeep SA, they give Jeep SA a report saying that the errors were only when they put the car on the computer system for diagnosis. This for me is even worse and makes me wonder what exactly did they do to my car when the report they gave is now different to what they give to Jeep following my complaint.
