Pathetic Service

Been dealing with Arnold Chatz Constantia Kloof for years even before they moved. The service levels with regards to parts have become untenable.Two days for quotes and a switchboard operator who either does not answer the phone and does not pass on messages to parts salespersons.You have seen the end of me and i will never deal with this branch again.
