Lost a customer

I have heard mostly amazing things about Arnold Chatz, so we booked a test drive, and drove over an hour just to arrive and hear we can’t drive the Abarth anymore. There were no vehicles on the floor, and the one we booked was out for the day. From now on we’ll always be going to Fiat East Rand, as they have always accommodated our needs and communicated with us; we will never be returning to Arnold Chatz ever again.
