Horrific events - Arnold Chatz Hyde Park

NEVER buy a car through Arnold Chatz Hyde Park. I traded in my FIAT 500 1.2 Lounge for a cabriolet on the 22nd of December last year. Yes, last year, and only got the spare key last week, what a joke. The DP just palms you off on to someone else, where are the good ol days where the DP was the do it all and end it all. Today i receive an E-toll bill for the vehicle i traded -in in December, so they are driving around in my old car and expecting me to pay the e-toll? What a cheek. How unprofessional. I will never return to this dealership as long as i live.
