Extremely bad after sale experience

My name is Nomthandazo Miya and I bought my Fiat 500, 900 Twinair Lounge last year July (2016). I bought my car brand new, and when I bought the car I thought I was making the best decision considering other cars. The sales guy also attested that this was a good decision to buy this car. Ever since I took delivery of the car I have had endless headaches about the malfunctions of the car. Let me explain further, right after I took delivery of the car, there was an unsettling noise whenever the car car was put in reverse. So I took the car back to Fiat, bare in mind that the car is new. They booked in the car and they said that I was a manufacturer's defect, so I spent almost three weeks without my car, what an experience hey, it doesn't end there, there is more continue reading. So I get the car back and I'm thinking now I can enjoy my car. A few months pass and everything is okay and I'm happy. In May 2017 the car is due for the 15000Km service so I book in the car to Fiat. They serviced the car but didn't change brake pads and said I still have 70 percent life on the brake pads. From the service invoice one could see that a lot of things had not been done as I was not invoiced for them. So I took the car with the expectation that the car is fine and happy kilometers awaits, not knowing that that was the beginning of my problems. A week after the service, I was driving the car, the Start and Stop function deactivated and said I should check the engine. I took the car back to Fiat and the guy manually activated the Start and Stop function and soon after I was on my way. During the week while I was on the M1 South the car deactivated the hill assist function and the start and stop function and the car wasn't driving nicely there after, it reported an EBD failure so again I took it to Fiat and requested they fix their problems, when they gave me back the car they said they changed the brake pads for the car, while I thought the brake pads where at 70 percent life, so fine I took my car, very annoyed at that, they even showed me what to press to reactivate all those deactivated functions. They said they skimmed the braking disc and I took my car back and started driving, after like 300 kilometers when I braked I started hearing a squeaky sound which annoys the hell out of me, guess where I went to ? You right back to Fiat and bare in mind I'm working and studying and my schedule doesn't cater for my trips to Fiat. When I complained about the squeaky sound they said it is normal, so Fiat gave me an abnormal car cause for the first 15000km the sound was not there, let cut the Bull **** fiat, your service guys take me for a Fool? Is because I am a woman or is it because I am black ? I made the worst mistake buying from you, The after sale service has been horrible, I appeal to anyone who is considering buying a Fiat to reconsider and buy another make from either Audi, BMW, Mercedes, any dealer as long as it's not Fiat, save yourself the stress and hassles of owning a Fiat, is an owner supposed to complain and drive this much to a dealer for a brand new car which is problmatic, makes me wonder when the car is at 75000km what kind of problems I'll be experiencing, if I could sell this car now I would, I'm posting this here on hello Peter so that you may take me serious and I'm also going to send this to the automobile ombudsman and also send it to the media, it's high time Fiat gets their **** together and fix my car. I have had enough of this nonsense

Your truly

Unhappy Client
