*****ed again by Arnold Chatz (ak Arnold CHEATS)

<p>Shocking that Arnold Chatz is calling themselves a reputable car dealer, infact they are *******. When bying the car I had trouble (4 wheels, 3 different sizes of tyres, starter engine broken), a quote telling a new cambelt and brakes had to go on while I put them on myself exactly 3 days before visiting Arnild Chatz. The lastest a suspension rubber...R29.15, paid for it and promised it would be in very same day in the afternoon at 15h00 latest (latest is always the standard in SA). Arriving there, dispatch delivered a *****, thus wrong part. Again promised they would phone when the part is in the following morning. Arriving there at 14h00 the following day (as the latest policy applies which is 15h00), part not in yet. It will be in tomorrow (again). When phoning...oh no the part cannot be delivered, you have to buy the entire plate (which has nothing to do with the price of butter as there is nothing wrong with the plate). From R29.15 the price jumps a week later to a whopping R1600! Not to worry bandits at Arnold CHEATS, got it overseas, will be here in two weeks via my parents at the price of R120 including postage! The coffee, cookies and free transfers when arriving including big smiles are in fact false smiles and a bunch of staff that all needs to get paid for. For all I care Arnold CHEATS can loose every single client and close their doors!</p>
