CONSTANTIA FIAT USELESS

I am a Jeep Renegade client of Contantia Fiat/Jeep, I recently contacted the service department at Arnold Chatz Cars/Jeep to book my Jeep Renegade in for its annual service and will rather deal with Jeep Sandton branch. Constantia has to be the worst branch ever, i spoke to a lady in the service department and mentioned to her that i would like to make use of my "Impact Bodyline maintenance plan as i have a slight dent in the back of my boot. I simply asked if this could be arranged and what would the procedure be..? The woman in the service department did not know what i was talking about, she said, "No, only minor scratches are covered and not chips or window cracks", i said to her but i have it in black and white in my contract from the finance dept. that i am covered for minor scratches etc. which is what i said i have. She said i must contact the finance dept. What has the finance dept got to do with body maintenance on the vehicle..? I SIMPLY WANTED TO BOOK MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE AND INCLUDE THE MINOR SCRATCH REPAIR PLAN. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS WOMAN'S PROBLEM, SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN A CAR DEALERSHIP, SHE DOESNT KNOW WHAT THE HELL SHE IS TALKING ABOUT. ****ING IDIOT!!
