Compliments to Arnold Chatz Constantia Kloof my dealership of the year

<p>I recently purchased a Alfa Mito 1.4T from Arnold Chatz Constantia. Knowing car dealserships, it is extremely rare to find one that is honest, sincere and really goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied and also provides them with peace of mind after the sale. </p> <p>I would like to especially thank Hester for arranging the financing like a BOSS and negotiating a very good interest rate for me with the bank. Thank you for you excellent service, extra effort and time and for keeping me in the loop throughout!</p> <p>Jeremiah handled the sale and I could not have asked for a better or more competent person to handle this. Jeremiah made sure everything is sorted and attended to all the major and minor details and requests that I had. He went to great lengths to keep me constantly informed of the progress on everything and ensured everything went smoothly. I also want to thank him for the effort with the additional requests that I had. He organised me some awesome c***** emblems for the car at my request and also organised me personalized number plates (I had an outstanding licence which I forgot to renew on a motorbike, thus he could not have the number plates registered) and also did my renewal for my motorcycle licence in the process, saving me a lot of trouble doing it myself.</p> <p>Before I took delivery of the vehicle, the guys at Arnold Chatz noticed that the brakes on the car were quite worn during inspection and informed me thereof when I went to collect the car. They apologised for the inconvenience and insisted they replace ALL the brake pads and discs with brand new ones before I take the vehicle. They also gave me a new Fiat 500 to drive while they fixed the brakes (which barely took a day). They could easily have ignored the brakes and given me the car like it was, but they insisted they provide me with a car that is in top shape and would not cause me any unnecessary problems. Thanks guys, your honesty, intergrity and commitment towards your customers are amazing.</p> <p> </p> <p>All in all, I must compliment the dealership and staff on their excellent service and commitment towards customers and the constant communication throughout the process. Also for their willingness to help with anything and everything, even if it took a lot of effort on their part.
