Car damaged, and parts broken during service

Car damaged, and parts broken during service, Johan workshop manager denied everything at first, I had to prove that the parts were broken with them which I can prove now and showed to Johan. Johan then agreed to replace the parts. Johan resigned now and nobody else can assist going forward. Back to square one, this is not my first or second bad experience with Arnold Chatz.
