Buyer Beware: Brand-New Citroën C3 Automatic – Ongoing Issues and No Resolution

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM STELLANTIS OR ARNOLD CHATZ CONSTANTIA KLOOF

My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I bought a brand-new Citroën C3 Automatic, expecting reliability and peace of mind. Instead, I've had to deal with continuous mechanical issues from almost the beginning, all within the first 3 months of buying this car.

Some of the problems I've experienced include:

* The car has repeatedly been booked in for front wheel bearing and hub replacements. * Before reaching 5,000 km, the vehicle already required oil. How does a brand-new car need oil so soon? * The car has numerous mechanical noises and faults. * It vibrates noticeably at speeds above 110 km/h. * There is a constant knocking sound that can be felt underneath the vehicle. * The steering wheel vibrates when driving above 100 km/h.

Despite reporting these issues within the first six months, the dealership has refused to acknowledge that the vehicle may have factory defects, or give me a refund (Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Section 56). Instead, I've repeatedly been told that these noises and vibrations are "normal" and that the car is supposed to behave this way.

As a customer, this has been incredibly frustrating. Instead of enjoying a new vehicle, I've been left paying monthly installments on a car that has spent far too much time back at the dealership with no permanent solution.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend buying a vehicle from Stellantis and Arnold Chatz Constantia Kloof. I hope no one else has to go through the same stress, frustration, and disappointment that I have.
