Bad Service, Unreliable Cars

I purchased Alfa Romeo Guil 2013 year model in November 2015 from arnold chats dealership. I have been facing numerous problems regarding the car, expired disc, unroadworthy tyres, spare key, blue&me and start&go with my car.

few days after I bought the car, I noticed that USB port was not working and speedometer was flashing none stop, after I was told my the sales rep it will stop, I call the sales rep that this cannot be normal, he told me exctually it was found, that during the 10 point check the blue& me control unit was not working so they order that part from Italy,

while driving the car the steering would shake when doing 100km an hour, I called them to explain the problem, they told its responsibility to align the wheels and balance them of which I concurred, took the car for alignment in menlyn they could align not balance wheel, as the tires are on their last thread.

I also noticed that the stop&go is not working, I informed the pre-ownered manager and he told me it does that sometimes when the aircon is on and other reasons and I told him sir the start and go is not working because it worked once since I bought the vehicle and I dnot use aircon and buggle my seat when driving,

A number of this problems where fixed in January 2016 after numerous emails and discussion, with pre-own manager,

Even then I have not yet received my spare key, vehicle books nor have any indication if the key will be ordered and if not found,

After several converse with the (pre-owners manager) on numerous occasions regarding this matter, with the promise of getting feedback, all the answer " I get is I will revert back to you once I get answer from my head office", I ascalated the matter to the dealer principal,

The key arrived a month later, even after I called the parts manager with no word from the pre-own manager.

The service I got from anorld chartz was bad, I had to make follow-up daily to get answers of fault which was suppose to be rectified before the car was sold, because the pre-ownered manager was helpful to the extend were he felt applicable to him, by that I mean, when you call he pretends he is attending your matter and you make a follow up on the quiry the following week he acts like you are a nuisance,

I don’t think I should be experiencing such kind of technical problems in a preowned car nor from a respective company such as Arnold

the vehicle is still giving problems and wonder if I should keep it
