Arnold Chatz Contantia service failure

I have taken Peugeot 3008 for service at Arnold Chatz Constantia on Thursday 18./05/2023. Clive assisted with the service, he then told me that the break pads needs to be replaced. When I called in on Monday I was told he was on sick leave, I was then handed over to his colleague Steefan. He struggled from yesterday to retrieve the job card and the quote. He promised to get back to me yesterday with the quote., I waited the whole day. I have been calling so many times and the phone rarely gets answered. When they answer I am told he will call back and that doesnt happen. How difficult is it to get a quote? It is definitely not rocket science. The service is substandard and unprofessional. I will never patronize Arnold Chatz brand and to never buy a Peugeot. I need seamless, professional service where I feel valued as a client and communicated to
