ARNOLD CHATZ CARS, 0-1000 in an embarrassing 15 weeks..!

We ordered a replacement key and code card for a FIAT500 we were in the process of selling from Arnold Chatz Constantia Kloof.

We paid upfront and were quoted 2-3 weeks delivery.

15 weeks, yes 15 weeks. later both key and card are now ready to be programmed.

After this epic delay, Arnold Chatz now want to charge R1000 to programme the key - you’d think that after such a huge delay, the cost would be waived..?!

BTW during the 15 week go slow, the vehicle in question has been sold, not once, but twice..!!!
