Im actually giving this 1 star because I dont have any option. This dealership belongs to a ****, a ***** and a disgusting ******. 1. I bought my used Jeep Grand Cherookee at 22000km, withiot a spare key was promised that it will be ordered and I will be called to come pick it up, I waited for 2 months and started to call the dealership enquiring, all the time being told that its been ordered form overseas it will come etc. till today almost 2 years im waiting. ooh I have reported the matter with Pheladi and her manager at the Head Office they never helped instead they started avoiding me. 2. The dealership did not register my car on time therefore delayed giving the disc and I got a fine for driving a vehicle thats not registered, again called the dealership to tell them they confrimed that they will pay the fine and that i shouldnt worry. last year when I went to renew my licence disc boom I get the shock of life that te fine was not paid and its no longer R500 but R1100 and I cannot get a new disc with paying the said amount. had no choice but to pay again I contacted the dealership, they told that the used vehicle manager and the saleman are gone and they dont know anything about this issue 3. 2 days after taking delivery of the vehicle I realised that the water tank is leaking and I called the dealership, they said, dont worry that will be replaced when you bring the vehicle for service as it is still under warrenty. took my vehicle to Grand Central for a service was told I must pay for labour.

Went staright to the dealership to complain about everything, I was told by the owner that I go report all the this to the Ombuds and I will loose because I dont have proof of anything, a guy by the name Thabang promised to follow up my matter and assist its been more 6 months ive been waiting everytime I contact him, he is either busy or not at work. Still the Head Office is doing nothing after I have reported this, ive been speaking to William this time.
