Amazing Customer Service

I experienced the most amazing service ever from a lady called Chantal. I bought my car second hand from a non Fiat dealership, the car didn't come with an owner's handbook, resulting in me having a book to refer back to. I needed some advice on servicing my car, i called and spoke to Chantal at about 17:15 in the afternoon. She could hear the panic distress in my voice but she was actually very amazing, she even gave me advice on the Bluetooth system on my car without me even asking about it.<br> <br> I was so happy with the way she helped me out and how upbeat she sounded on the phone even though it was after 4 in the afternoon. Arnold Chatz is fortunate to have Chantal on board, we don't find people like her in South Africa anymore especially in the service industry. People like her are very scares.<br> Please give her a pat in the back and acknowledge how amazing she is
