Further to my previous complaint abt Nudebt and Arkhold..Arkhold has now emailed me (two days ago!)that they cannot help me further, and will now forward my complaint to the "exited reseller", who referred me to them in the first place. I have asked them(Cathy N), " why didnt you do this in the first place?" Am still waiting for an answer, as well as feedback from the "Exited reseller"

A development company that offers a range of products. They use Nudebt to debit customers who have "signed up for our services" 31st May an amount of R179 was debited to my account by Nudept. I was lucky that my banking app allowed me to reverse the amount. I immediately wrote to Nudebt for answers, as I am not in debt to anyone. Three months later, and many emails to Nudebt, no answers. Just apologies, and promises of "escalating the matter" I finally wrote to The Council of Debt Collectors, who in turn wrote to Nudebt, demanding answers. Nudebt in turn wrote to their client, ARKHOLD, asking for details. Today, 10 days later, I finally received an email from Cathy, who handles their customer queries. Arkhold, she says, is a "product development company, which offers a range of products". They use Nudebt to process customers who have signed up for their services. Question1: Nudebt has written to Arkhold on numerous occasions, asking for details, to no avail. Why? Question 2: I have NOT signed up for any services /products with Arkhold. Where did they get my details from? Question 3: Even if I had signed up, WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS THAT I PAID R179 FOR? To my mind, Nudebt should not fami****ise themselves with companies like Arkhold, who, clearly, is not above board. Could you delve a bit into this ****? Is it a case for the Consumer Commision, or even the Commercial Crimes Unit? Cathy N. *** ***
