Shocking
A bull**** company, a bunch of *****sters any potential customers please run away from this company. I was supercharged by Ark Rental for a so-called a fuel bubble which equaled 12, 5 liters after refilling the tank before returning the vehicle. Infuriating and ridiculous explanation followed from Ark when I raised the query. I am failing complaint with Investec Bank. Good riddance!

As is standard practice with all vehicle rental suppliers, our vehicles are refueled to the brim to ensure they are ready for the next rental. This process can sometimes result in additional fuel being added after a vehicle is returned, which may explain the charge you encountered.To assist you further, we would appreciate receiving the following details to be sent to ***:
- A copy of your fuel receipt showing the refueling date and amount.
