Don’t rent a car from Ark

Stay away from Ark rentals. They charge you almost R4000 for a scratch of less than 1cm under the bumper of the car! Seems like this is how they make their money- they can’t tell you or show you at the time of handing the car back- they wait 2weeks to tell you no matter how many times you have to message them and ask. Do yourself a favour and stick to the companies that are well known in SA!
