Pragashini Naidoo_Sunday Times_Awaiting refund since Nov 2025.

Hi I bought a year subscription to the Sunday Times for my dad, who received his 1st paper on the 02/22/2025. He passed later that same day. Since then i have been trying to get a refund from them but they just keep on asking for the same information over and over again.

I have send e-mails to ***ca to the Customer Relationship |Agent Pragashni Naidoo over and over again, the Death Certificate, my bank statements. On 05/01/2026 I received a notice asking for my bank details again, saying "to process the refund" I have followed up numerous times. On the 21/01/2026 I had to resupply all the info, I kept following up and this Moring once again I get a e-mail asking me for all the documents etc. Its 1300 rand, I would just like my money back and be done with this.
