Arena found wanting

I subscribe with ease to a number of local and international publications .Arena Media are a very disappointing laggards ,they have a subscription department that drives one to total distraction .They quoted me a subscription renewal rate for The Sunday Times and as soon as I paid it started sending me messages that a greater amount needs to be paid .I have queried why on three separate occasions and simply don’t get a response . They have now suspended my service . All I want is my money back ,I can source my news from other sources .
