Poor customer service experience

I am highly disappointed with the poor level of customer service experienced from Arcadia designs. Progress updates communicated are misleading and incomplete. There is a push for the customer to settle the full balance (instant payment) without evidence of completion, which does not provide assurance. In addition, timelines are not appropriately managed, where delivery dates is a moving target.
