BAD SERVICE AND TERRIBLE QUALITY
Placed an order for a client for dining chairs in September 2025, goods delivered and rejected in December, sent back and then delivered again and rejected due to poor workmanship/size discrepancies. Collected in January, made necessary changes and agreed on way forwards - made a sample for approval, and once approved chairs were adjusted and additional fabric bought at my cost to fix. Chairs eventually arrived end march 2026 and rejected again. The level of excuses and reasons for the poor quality, along lack of contact from the owner and no response to 9 messages, voice-notes and emails points to a serious problem. The chairs are different sizes, different heights, chipped and scratched legs, skew seams, timber showing through fabric and the list goes on. I am now remaking the chairs elsewhere and surprise surprise - my calls and messages have not been returned by Arcadia.
