Poor Business Practices

This company follow up on a deposit to proceed with purchasing materials to start the order. Once deposit is received you get stories about load shedding, work volume and no delivery date confirmation. Changes are done verbally and once you request in writing then another person has to call. When I cancelled the order and request a refund. I am told they will keep 20% for cancellation and up to 21x days for a refund.
