Terrible service

Most terrible service ever. Am selling from turkey i asked one of my customers to return the shoes to me he used aramex for shipping. Instead of receiving shoes I received plaint of bottles of bloods waybill are different numbers ***. I wrote WhatsApp and email to aramex about this matter Lethabo answered me that I need to inquire with my sender they don't open the shipment. My customer doesn't know anything about bloods. Bloods belong to dr Parker i dont know him
