Terrible experience

I ordered from Exclusive Virgin hair , they sent my parcel through Aramax, I did not get everything I ordered , I called the store they advise they sent both the hair I order and the hair oil through Aramax when I got to Aramax to take my parcel I opened it there r was just the hair oil no hair( the wig) . Between the 2 no one is willing to help in this matter , they are just pushing the blame to each other. At the end of the day I the customer pair R1800 and I did not get what i bought .
