Bad service

Aramax has failed to deliver my Zara order *** I have called multiple time and everytime I call I am told the delivery will be done the following day. I spoke to Shanice who informed me on Friday the Phumzile will call me with feedback but I never received that call. Today I trying to call twice before and the call cut and eventually I spoke to Nolly who had a stinking attitude not even once was she compassionate however she was just rude. In December I experienced the same issue with your company and I ended up going to the warehouse to collect my order.
