Aramax stole my R13500 package

I had a package Aramax had since 29 Nov , I called them and they said my parcel will be delivered 3rd November the driver called me that his coming later in the day he will call me again when his there . There parcel didn’t arrive with no communication again ! them on the 3rd and they said it is still due for delivery. 4 November, I called in the morning they said there were too any deliveries they’ll bring it . I opted to WhatsApp them to ask them which Aramex so I could pick it up , no one responded. This morning 05 November I texted the WhatsApp chat and they said this “ Please note that your parcel was ****** during a hijacking your case number is SAPS CASE REF #-CAS 52/12/2024- Langa police station” No apologies whatsoever!! What the hell was my package doing in Langa , when I don’t even stay there nor was my delivery close to Langa . That package was ****** by the employee’s and I want my R13500 Refund !!! ***
