The best part of a normally unhappy experience

A bumper bashing is never a pleasant experience, but the ladies in reception at Quantum Coachworks almost make up for it in their efficient and cheerful service. The workmanship you will enjoy at this business is - based on my experience - nothing less than top-notch. Although the repair was limited to one corner of the car only, the vehicle was immaculately cleaned inside and out and ready for me on the promised day. A concern I initially had regarding a small missing part was dealt with conscientiously and efficiently - and I wasn't made to feel too embarrassed when I realised that the part had never been fitted from the time the car was new. All in all, well done, Karin and the Quantum team!
