We ordered 2 Aqualifts which were installed today
We ordered 2 Aqualifts which were installed today. (Q20264 and Q20263) Overall a very good experience. Very good first impression, the sales rep that came out was very knowledgable and everything was explained very well. Fantastic demonstrations done. Installation was also great. The 2 gentlemen who installed were very professional and when there was a problem with the one (installed too low) they immediately fixed it without hesitation or questions. The only negative thing I can say at this point is that it would be nice to have a followup call between the demonstration and installation instead of me having to call to follow up. However when i did request a followup they responded in great time. Looking forward to using the Aqualift for the first time today.
