Based on recent customer reviews, Aqualift is praised for professional, punctual delivery and installation of bath lifts and riser recliners. Customers highlight friendly, patient technicians, with Robin, Morne, Dylan, Keenan, Randel and Arrie named repeatedly for clear demonstrations of handsets and tidy work. Families value the restored independence and dignity the equipment gives elderly relatives. Afrikaans speaking clients note courteous, professional representatives. The main criticism concerns the sales process, where a reviewer felt pressured by repeated calls and frustrated by the refusal to share ballpark pricing before an in-home demonstration.
