It is a good product just overpriced since you get 25% off from the purchase price which means that the Aqualift is much cheaper than originally quoted and I paid for a spacer of R2900 which was never installed.

We have made sure that the Aqualift is safe, reliable, vigorously tested and built from quality materials as we don't believe, and I am sure you would agree, that the word "cheap" and our customers safety, should not be used in the same sentence. In regards to the spacer, we can confirm that a thinner offset spacer was used as we detected pipes in the area and the original specified spacer was not suitable.
