undelivered item from 13/04/2015

i ordered a LIFESTRAW HOME online from AQUA4LIFE on the 13/04/2015 and item was never delivered, i contacted NICO on June 19 and notified him that order was not received, he assured me he would look into it and after numerous emails nothing was done, no response or delivery, business ethics should be important to any business
