WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED

I ordered a water inlet valve on their online site for my washing machine. The incorrect valve was delivered to me. When I tried to get in touch with them through there online platform, whatsapp and Facebook I got no response. After a few days they responded by telling me that someone from their parts department would contact me which also never happened. It's now the 2nd week and I am still waiting for them to contact me to sort this out.

They do not answer when I phone. They also do not reply to messages.

I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them. This is the worst service I have ever received from any company
