Appliance Parts SA Great Service
Five-star experience! I made a mistake and ordered the incorrect part for my refrigerator. The team at Appliance Parts S.A made the entire correction process seamless. From the inquiry to the collection of the wrong item and the delivery of the replacement, everything was professional. Their email communication is also exceptionally efficient and fast. I will definitely use them again!

Five-star experience! I made a mistake and ordered the incorrect part for my refrigerator. The team at Appliance Parts S.A made the entire correction process seamless. From the inquiry to the collection of the wrong item and the delivery of the replacement, everything was professional. Their email communication is also exceptionally efficient and fast. WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED
I ordered a water inlet valve on their online site for my washing machine. The incorrect valve was delivered to me. When I tried to get in touch with them through there online platform, whatsapp and Facebook I got no response. After a few days they responded by telling me that someone from their parts department would contact me which also never happened. It's now the 2nd week and I am still waiting for them to contact me to sort this out. They do not answer when I phone. They also do not reply to messages. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them. This is the worst service I have ever received from any company
