BAD SERVICE, EMPTY PROMISES, ******* AND ****MERS

⚠️ CUSTOMER WARNING – APPLIANCE EXPERTS DOCTOR

I strongly recommend that people avoid using Appliance Experts Doctor for appliance repairs, based on my personal experience.

I have paid them more than R10,000, and I am still waiting for my goods to be returned. I have also not been provided with proper paperwork or a warranty for the workmanship.

I did not agree to the last repair, yet it was apparently carried out without my approval, and I was then required to make another payment.

Despite having paid them, I am still waiting for my goods to be delivered back to me.

I am sharing my experience so that other customers can be cautious and make sure they obtain:

Written quotations before repairs are carried out Written authorisation for any additional work Proper invoices and documentation Written warranty terms for workmanship Confirmation of when their goods will be returned
